In April 2010 ILID and UK based ESL company ZBD entered into a strategic partnership to deliver further value to retailers both in Australia and abroad in offering a, leading edge, low-cost and  easy to install solution to Electronic Shelf Label technology.

The partnership sees ILID integrating ZBD’s proprietary ‘Bounce’ RF Communications as the platform to drive both the Segmented Dot Matrix (SDM) labels as well as the ZBD epop range of epaper labels.

ILID acts as the exclusive sales agent for ZBD’s epaper labels in the Australasian region.  In addition, ZBD has included the ILID Bounce SDM labels into their product range for delivery into European and US markets.

Both companies seek to provide a combined cost-effective value-add proposition for retailers looking to jump shift their retail operations through electronic shelf labels.

Through this strategic partnership, ILID and ZBD are combining years of innovative research and development to continue delivering leading edge solutions globally.
